Well, while I maintained the highest scores in the entire company for my position it all meant nothing when I feel out with a coworker for a personal difference. Sigma took sides, were arbitrary, ignored my appeals, followed no process and bullies me out with constant disciplinary meetings and dragging my scores down. Then when I left they sabotaged the collection of their equipment to try to steal my last pay check
