      The CEO doesn’t have a clue

      Nice office premises Some flexibility in working hours terms (a small improvement) Young people throughout

      Cons

      The worst leadership, and by leadership I mean the CEO, because he wants direct control on literally everything, micromanaging even analysts and junior staff. Not only he lacks of brightness and doesn’t have a clue on what he is doing, but he is also a dangerous micromanager who keeps exclusivity on micro decisions, without knowing anything about that topic or that specific department. Result: people are totally unhappy, the company keeps going down and down, the turnover is unparalleled. This guy is too junior to be a CEO. He is bad also as a team lead in reality. Embarrassing really.

      Cons

      - HR is a joke. They do everything but help you. -Management known for lying to employees - they make you feel guilty for taking holidays (you have to ask the team if you can go on Christmas vacation) - bonus benefits are a joke. - management wants you to work fast without time for refactoring.
