      Pros

      Lots of annual leaves. Good for beginner

      Cons

      The highest position you can aspire to is a Leader. However, reaching the Leader position takes a considerable amount of time, and the salary isn't particularly lucrative. To put it objectively, in the year 2022, approximately 40+ individuals resigned, while in 2023, there were at least 30+ resignations. Within these two years, at least half of the Leaders resigned, with most of the strong performers leaving. The few remaining strong individuals are primarily staying due to personal or family reasons.

      Flexible office hours, shuttle provided

      Cons

      Company doesn't suggest work-life balance, boss just want you to fight with him (make money for them). No promotion for long time, around 1% salary increase in a year. Good job, ridiculous.

      Colleagues are great. In addition, if this is your first job, congratulations on being able to immediately see the bottom line of project managers and supervisors, as well as pretend to be a local software outsourcing company pretending to be a foreign software company and Hong Kong management's discriminatory company culture towards other countries.

      Cons

      The term "free snack cabinet" refers to having a few packs of cookies on the table every day for 100 people to eat. There are no health benefits. There are many surface-level rules, but there are also many hidden rules, or in other words, rules that are used to suppress all benefits.
