Pros
Timings are non-existent as no role of HR so lots of freedom. Most of the employees have WFH. Almost nil work load since no projects
Cons
No growth since very less work Chinese company so many roadblocks to work in India performance bonus looks good on paper (10-20%) but no guarantee that you'll receive it. No increments from the past 2 years. HR not at all helpful or involved. India top management not competent
