Pros
Right from the start — the interview was amazing. Everything was clear and to the point, no unnecessary formalities or stress. The interviewers were smart, friendly, and really knew what they were talking about. You could tell they wanted to find someone who truly fits the team. After that interview, I genuinely wanted to work here.
The company is technically strong — there are plenty of smart people and interesting projects. At the same time, there’s always room to grow and improve, which makes the work even more engaging. You’re encouraged to share ideas and make things better, not just follow old patterns.
The overall vibe is great: regular team lunches, fun events, and lots of activities that really bring people together. There’s even a football team — I play too (currently recovering from an injury ⚽️).
The team itself is awesome — open, supportive, and zero toxicity. Management listens, encourages initiative, and gives freedom to experiment.
And yeah, the parking — private and spacious, always enough spots (a rare win 😄).

Honestly, the only “problem” is that the food at events is too good — hard to resist 😅
