Friendly colleagues and nice offices. Pretty good benefits.
Cons
Many competent people got fired very easily. Not a durable business model with huge financial losses and management with lack of business acumen.

- nice office locations - ok travel benefits - salary is ok
Cons
- management not aligned with reality - very high staff turnover, multiple reorganizations where people were made redundant over the last years - ambitions do not match resources - no development within the company - ”AI first” but no real knowledge about how and when to use it
