Everything you read in these reviews is real. It's a very small company, 5 employees not counting the two owners. So when you see more negative reviews than current employees, you know there is a problem. I'm not going to repeat what other reviewers have said, but I can contest to it's validity. They have no concern for their employees. They will pay you well, but then use and abuse you. Employee retention it's less than a year. I think they only had one person last more than a year. I genuinely feel bad for the people that don't see these reviews. I didn't seem them until after I started working there. After listening to the owners and coworkers and realizing all the lies that were told to me before I started working there and in my first few weeks, I immediately started applying for other positions. The health insurance is so bad that you might as well go find your own. No employer contribution. Same with the 401k. It's just the one offered by the payroll company with no employer contribution. With so many good job opportunities in the area, there is no reason to work here.

The realization that there are only one or two people on the road doing assessments and a few employees in the SOC, and that this company is a whole lot smaller than what you were sold. Learning that it is going to be cheaper to buy your own health insurance through the marketplace rather than using the company’s option with their “contribution”. Discovering that your paycheck bounced and being unable to get management to answer your calls when this happens. Being told that it will be sorted out and having to go through another two or three cycles before being paid. Being told that all is resolved only to have it happen again and again. Finding out that nobody has been with the company for more than a few months and that this has happened repeatedly. Waiting months for expenses to be reimbursed. Did I mention the lies to employees and customers alike?
