Pros
35 hour week - Family friendly working hours for the most of people, particularly the engineering teams. Close to Cambridge Park and ride and on-site parking also.
Cons
No clear vision or direction Constant state of change and moving goal posts. Company is run by the whims and mood swings of one individual who seems to have all the day and authority over the actual experts.
