Pros
The only redeeming quality would be the kind of work I got to do. There were some interesting engineering problems.
Cons
1. Management is a strong word. There are more managers than the people who do actual work. 2. They hire interns and get full time work out of them at minimum wages. 3. They follow bandaid architecture and deny working on the root cause of problems. 4. They dont do anything, they just pickup the work that has already been done by someone else and make it ugly by adding on their own lines of code. 5. Almost forgot about all the micro management. Because that was the least of our worries. 6. They make you work on weekends if they can.
