Despite the incredibly toxic CEO, this company seems to attract lovely people who believe in the mission far more than its founder.
Cons
This company has an abusive and incredibly toxic environment which is perpetuated by the founder at every turn. Run away from Seasonal Roots as fast as you can.

1 day a week so very part time, and discount codes to try to get us to order and spend money. Discount prices on produce.
Cons
This is a very part time job for those who basically have other flexible jobs. You’ll spend time helping others get boxes off pallets for other drivers while others show up late. Then you’ll need to make sure everything in the customers boxes is right and up to quality. Door dash doesn’t even expect this much but the pay is even less than what door dash or other delivery services offer. It’s sad. Management expects us to write/email customers weekly and keep tabs of things for them. “Market manger” drivers are often feeling blamed for wrong items, damaged items, missing items, etc.
