4.Hiring of staff during season, fired as soon as season ends.
5.They don't pay your reimbursements on time, even after getting them after months, after regular follow ups, you will get less than half, what you claimed.
6.The Directors don't know how to retain educated people.
7.The Directors keep on undercutting each other's clients & projects.
8. The Director's humiliate team heads in front of their own team members,as a result team members don't respect team heads.
9.Director's have very petty mentalities.as a result, the same trickles down to the staff working there.
