Terrible Treatment of Casual Staff: As a Casual you are treated like trash. You require a qualification to get hired however you recieve more respect working at hungry jacks. Management lets full timers get away with murder but casuals are under heavy scrutiny. Thats not even getting into the organisations view of VSAs. In short it is a great place to work as a full timer but casual staff are treated like dirt. In my time working here the organisation has hemmoraged excelent staff due to their unwillingness to reward casual staff. In addition women seem to recieve preferential treatment.
