Just say away, you're better than this place.
Pros
-Co-workers who were not 'office staff' tended to be nice. -Pay was decent
Cons
- If you are salaried or hourly, prepare to clock in and out and have your location monitored via your phone app by their office manager. Prepare to be screamed at and sometimes have money docked from your salary if you don't hit 40 hours, but don't expect any comp time or overtime if you go past that. - If you are a girl, you will go far with the owner, If you're willing to do him 'favors', you'll go farther (but he'll probably secretly film it). - Giant Ponzi scheme, signs on clients he has no business signing to get giant checks in an effort to pay his previous debts and failed projects, and the cycle continues. - Overcharges clients, lies to employees and clients, tries to get employees to alter records to make him look better (including server backup logs when he has been charging a client a year for a backup that was never setup because IT was never informed). - Parking is bad, you're often encouraged to park at other places of business, also, prepare to get your car sideswiped in that parking lot. - It doesn't matter how good you are at your job if you aren't willing to worship the owner as a demigod and be a "yes man". - You'll get better and cheaper healthcare in the Single market under Obamacare. - Illegally records all phone conversations without notifying callers they are being recorded (dual consent state). - They try to start all employees with 0 PTO, even salaried. - Don't expect to get a review, ever, especially if you're doing well. The owner doesn't want to give you more money or more time off, he will avoid it at all costs.
