Pros
I’ve been here five years, and it’s been awesome seeing how well everyone works together. The company’s grown a lot, and adjusting to the changes has made the journey even better. What stands out to me from working here is that I 'am able to grow as a person myself and learn many different perspectives that I would not only be able to use that is work related but also outside of a work environment, Scent Fill has a great culture! We are also very flexible, reasonable and understanding.
Cons
I didn't have much to say about cons but maybe having to grow at such a rapid paste around here has been hard but enjoyable. This will always come with a company that is being scaled and opens doors for many opportunities here.
