You get paid on time, and overall there is a good working atmosphere.
Cons
There is not much willingness to invest in or retain employees long-term. The focus is mainly on the value you provide rather than the human aspect. When you are assigned to a client, you can sometimes feel forgotten, and the company does not really advocate for you. In general, employees often have to chase things themselves in order to get support or opportunities.
