- If you are the type that needs detailed instructions to do your work, this is not the right place for you. This place is for creative people, problem solvers, and who go beyond expectations. - An extremely fast-paced company, and although there is a long term strategy in place, things can be 100mph some days. This personally for me and many others, is great and suits our working styles, but if this isn't the sort of environment you're used to, it may be difficult to adapt and you can feel the pressure.
