      Pros

      Nothing meaningful comes to mind. One coffee machine for approximately 200 employees.

      Cons

      Be aware: this company operates using the illegal Švarc system in Slovakia. You will be most likely employed as a self-employed contractor or through an s.r.o. while being treated like a regular employee, with zero benefits and zero legal protection. This is against Slovak law. I’m honestly surprised this company is still in business. If you don’t want problems with authorities or a shady work history, stay away.

      Pros

      There's a parking lot in front of the company building. The food in the cafeteria is good.

      Cons

      Low salary. There's an extremely negative atmosphere in the company. The employees are overworked, and nobody cares. The headquarters only care about making a profit. Even though you're forced to take vacation during the busiest time of the year (summer holidays), you're still expected to be available all the time. No work and life balance.
