Pros
With odd exception, the consultants onsite were of high quality, professional, and friendly. They hire exceptional consultants. Some of the younger HR team were excellent.
Cons
Head office staff a little overbearing and some plain rude if they even acknowledge you. Uncomfortable non-welcoming environment at head office(bench). Outclassed by the consultants, who really carry them which they state but doesn’t ring true. Clearly had favourites who fit the emergent head office culture. Not really sure how or if they contributed to onsite achievements or even recognised them. Hopefully the culture has changed by now.
