      Many great benefits including health insurance, pension, and career break leave. They will support you if you are struggling mentally. They will try and help you to progress as an engineer.

      Cons

      You may have to work evening shifts and weekends sometimes. Can be very stressful at times.

      The projects they take on can be very uninteresting and there is little room for growth They rely too heavily on the one client There are a lot of evening shifts and weekends required depending on projects which isnt specified until you start work there
