Pros

Great day to day colleagues, made some friends for life.

Cons

This is the company where the management would just say straight to your face: your workload is your problem, not your managers problem. The philosophy was: if you have too much work, you just need to find a more efficient way to work. Overtime is not normally compensated, people would make 300 hours of overtime in a year without any form of compensation. A lot of people in management who only see the 1 thing you do wrong and take for granted the 9 things you do excellent. HR is blind. While employees in the office do 10 hours per week of overtime, the HR team is organising a bingo as their team meetings. Advise everyone not to work here.
