      - 3 days home office + 2 day office

      Cons

      - changes in regulations/processes happening very often - low pay, no bonuses, no annual salary increase - no carrier paths/real opportunities - low code quality (maybe other projects are better) - outdated dev. tools - not everyone gets a company laptop
