Supportive coworkers who genuinely try to help, and lots of exposure to different parts of the product. You learn fast because the environment forces you to adapt quickly
Cons
Internal processes are often unclear and change without warning. Communication gaps between teams make it hard to stay aligned and deliver efficiently.

People and teams are great to work with.
Cons
Products and methodologies aren’t very well thought out. Seems like they focus more on the ideas of what could be versus what’s being worked on and happening now. CEO and leadership team don’t have the execution and directive skills to get the software to a functional place
