- Lack of respect of boundaries by the office staff - Shift times can be awful - Sometimes you won't have any time for a break - Understaffed

- dedicated time for training and certifications - highly skilled people, both technical and managerial - excellent delegation of authority
Cons
- lots of travel, but no more than any consulting company - only fixed revenue. No bonus.
