Extremely poor & stingy incentive plans. Even then, incentives are always delayed by almost a year. Moreover, the calculation of incentive is never shared with employees, as such, their is a lot of partiality and favroutism that goes on. This favroutism and partiality also reflects during appraisals. Moreover appraisal process is very vague, confusing and even that is completed by december which should have been completed in may max june. HR policies on weekoffs and holidays is very poorly implemented and it's a exceptionally daunting task to apply for a holiday here. Even sales review presentations are manipulated by the senior management to favour a few favorite employees to present a better picture in front of owners / chairman.
