Bins regularly overflowing in kitchen & toilets. Toilet lightbulbs took several weeks to be replaced so needed to use phone as a torch. Run out of toilet paper. Disgruntled warehouse staff.

I don’t recommend working for Rokit because of its horrible company culture. Discrimination in the workplace is rampant, and the leadership resorts to verbal abuse and intimidation. It’s clear that most of our leaders are biased toward certain employees, so advancement and raises here aren’t based on merit. Our leaders also have terrible attitudes, which makes it even more difficult to work with them.
