      Pros

      Robosol provides IT and Finance professionals a platform to grow in their area of expertise. The employees get an opportunity to work with different companies belonging to Pharmaceutical, Ecommerce and FMCG sectors

      Cons

      Robosol is into ERP & CRM fields and the work may involve travelling to different parts of UK and Europe. The consultancy profession also means that the employees have to keep on top of their fields

      There is no pro to working here

      Cons

      Where to start, was hired under false pretences. Barely any support from MD. MD is a child who sulks and ignores you if he doesn't get his way, has no spine when it comes dealing with internal issues. Previous review was removed, total shocker! Treatment of staff is very poor. Would never recommend to anyone. Please read this review and avoid Robosol, worst career decision you will ever make.
