Serious leadership and financial stability concerns due to Asmat

Pros

Very few positives remain. The company once had potential and a small group of hardworking employees who tried their best to keep projects moving despite difficult circumstances.

Cons

Leadership issues have severely affected the company culture and client relationships. Communication with clients is often handled in an arrogant and unprofessional manner, which damages trust and long term partnerships. The company appears to be facing serious financial instability. Salaries have reportedly been delayed for extremely long periods, which has created major hardship for employees. Because of this situation, most of the workforce has left and only a handful of employees remain. Morale is extremely low and there is little transparency from management about the future of the company. Employees feel uncertain about job security and payments.

This game studio is far from ordinary, and not in a good way!

Pros

One of the standout features of this company was their commitment to paying their employees on time. Every pay period, without fail. This level of reliability and consistency was greatly appreciated. In addition, this company took great care to ensure that their employees who required visas had all the support they needed. They provided clear and detailed guidance on the visa application process, and were always available to answer any questions or concerns. Thanks to their assistance, the visa application process was a smooth and stress-free experience.

Cons

I had the misfortune of interacting with this game company that had a truly toxic culture, thanks in large part to its terrible CEO. From the moment I started working with this company, I could tell that something was off. The employees seemed stressed and unhappy, and it was clear that they were constantly walking on eggshells around their managers. The CEO himself was a nightmare. He was condescending, dismissive, and seemed to relish in making his employees feel small. He had no interest in collaborating or listening to feedback, and his ideas were often nonsensical and poorly thought out. It was obvious that he had little understanding of the industry he was in and even less interest in improving his company or its products. The company's games themselves were a mess. They were buggy, poorly designed, and lacked any sense of creativity or originality. It was clear that the employees were demoralized and overworked, and as a result, the quality of the games suffered. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to look elsewhere. The toxic culture and terrible leadership make it a deeply unpleasant and unproductive environment, and the poor quality of the games themselves is a clear indication of the company's overall lack of competence and vision.
