– friendly, informal atmosphere, – possibility to develop your own ideas, – real attempts to keep company's actions transparent and to enforce the bonds between management and other employees, – flexibility – possibility to work remotely if needed, – seen effort to improve internal communication among teams.
Cons
– ongoing changes that often influences your obligations (which could also be a plus sometimes!), – unclear division of tasks among teams.
