      Pros

      great brand in theory and edges out the competition with some of the styles. some people are super cool. retail is where people really shine. decent work and life balance

      Cons

      all of the "amazing" reviews have to be fake and are they misleading. rude management. low pay. no diversity. friends and family are the only people hired. walk on eggshells 24/7. no room to grow

      - Great retail team - Clothing discounts - a few decent benefits

      Cons

      - is you are not Mormon this is not the place for you - if you are a colored person this is not the place for you - if you have a family this is not the place for you - you just have to be white, blonde hair and blue eyes to work here - upper management will spread rumors about you to other departments and be kind to your face
