      Pros

      Government Projects and challenging assignments. Good for freshers with growth mindset.

      Cons

      You lose work/life balance. Startup like processes even if company has completed many years. You get to observe partiality.

      Liars They won't tell you what's their real terms with the client They will kick you out whenever they'll feel without any prior notice No management at all Really very low salary You'll feel much lower than being a labour
