Pros
Business development prospect is huge. A lot could be learnt under proper MANAGEMENT or AUTHORITY.
Cons
1. Deferred joining date. 2. Irregular with salaries 3. Doesn't matter whatever job you are hired for, you are forced to focus on sales only. Become a telephonic executive if that gets the job done. 4. CEO is arrogant, rude & with zero work ethics and respect for others. There's much more to write an article about cons. Bottom line: don't join even if they are offering a lucrative package.
