One of the partners, (you will figure out which one real quick) has an attitude problem, and would much rather yell at employees and cuss, than make his system better and talk to you like the respectful employee that you are. Really one sour apple ruins the whole bunch here, who likes going to work everyday to an unpredictable boss who yells and cusses at you? This place is trying to grow, maybe the leadership should "grow up" first!

I can assure you that we take negative team interactions (no matter what level team member you are) very seriously and all management, executives and partners have not only been informed of this experience, but they have also have taken part in accountability procedures to ensure nothing like this happens within the walls of our company; we do not tolerate malicious, discriminating or disrespectful behavior among any parties involved. RSI operates with an open-door policy and have in place multiple, safe outlets for voicing concerns.

Culture change, change in commitment to the team members. Taking a family and moving into a corporate environment was a big change. Watching the best team members leave the company was sad.

Change, being one of the most difficult aspects of life, comes with a wide range of effects and I’m sorry to hear the our company’s vast growth has affected you in a negative manner. Upper management was completely untrustworthy and unpredictable. They will interrupt meetings and humiliate their employees.
