Pros
Good if you are from a core IT background and have an affinity towards hanging out and after hours parties. Good Pay
Cons
Horrible Training. IT engineers are trainers and they abuse you left and right for not mugging up answers. They threaten and scare you. Constant efforts to seek help were rejected by senior management and the CEO Shridhar himself. Tech support team is a facade. Ragging and Harassment by senior employees is a daily phenomenon.
