      Repup has been the greatest learning challenge for my career.

      1. Growth stage startup- you have a full canvass to learn, besides your main field, you can pick and learn what you want. 2. Co-workers are more like a close knit community, ready to help whenever you need it. 3. Founders are dynamic, approachable and change course with the changing need of the business. 4. Very flexi with working hours- you can plan your work day as long as you are completing your work on time and reachable when needed. 5. A startup that gives HR a place on the business table.

      Industry itself keeps changing so fast, that you have to be on your toes.
