Honestly hard to find -met some nice people

I worked at Relocity for almost years, and during that time, I observed a toxic work culture fostered by leadership, especially the COO. There is a complete lack of transparency regarding the company’s financials, leaving employees in the dark and constantly anxious about their job security. Numerous rounds of layoffs were carried out, seemingly to ensure that those at the top could continue to benefit financially while the rest of the workforce suffered. The criteria for selecting people to lay off were questionable at best, with unethical decisions often made behind closed doors. Many deserving employees were let go, while "favorites" or those who threatened to leave received pay raises or special treatment. Work-from-home benefits were almost non-existent, with policies that seemed designed to inconvenience employees rather than support them. It was clear that employee welfare was not a priority, and every decision was made at the expense of the workforce. Additionally, there were frequent violations of GDPR regulations, with sensitive data being handled carelessly. Overall, Relocity has a deeply flawed culture that prioritizes profits for the top executives while exploiting its employees.

-Being micro-managed -Takes over your life -Expected to be available 24/7

Pros

Working from home and selecting your own hours when you can.

Cons

Lack of support and care from management with clients. Very few staff meetings or communication with staff members. Lack of hours and when its not busy you are requested to be available any time you're needed. They don't provide phones or laptops and you have to use your personal number when dealing with client queries.
