Fully Remote, very competitive salary, people at the firm are nice, diverse leadership.

Extremely demanding hours, big law firm expectations, toxic culture where others are actively seeking to bury others, very little support from upper management, extremely high turnover despite the pay, very little racial diversity. Would not recommend this firm.
If you're not from a Big Law background and prepared for that mentality, I would not recommend this job. There is a "sink or swim" mindset. People are very nice but there is not structural support if you are struggling to fit in.
