Pros

- If you enjoy playing office politics, you’ll thrive here. - Pay is decent if you’re lucky enough to land in the right crowd. - Stable job if you keep your head down and don’t question unfair policies. - Some talented people work here, but they’re either leaving or frustrated.

Cons

- Performance evaluations are rigged – Ratings are adjusted to balance compensation instead of rewarding actual impact. - Mediocrity is rewarded, excellence is punished – If you do more than your job, expect to be overlooked while others take credit or get compensation you deserved. - Leadership is clueless – Management is out of touch with real work and makes decisions based on office politics, not actual business needs. - Zero accountability – People in power protect each other, and the ones actually doing the work get left behind. - Toxic culture disguised as "collaboration" – Expect a lot of empty talk about teamwork and growth, but in reality, it’s a game of survival.

Pros

The benefits are good, like health insurance, transport, mobile allowance, etc.

Cons

- Worst, incompetent management who treat employees like slaves - BUET nepotism, all HOD are from BUET and most of them act like they have never made a mistake in their life - The office environment is very bad. No proper place to sit, the chairs are old and don't work properly, toilets are very unclean and the overall vibe is just abysmal - They are trying to become more strict with in-time, but there is no limit to office time, even if its the weekend or you're on leave, you have to keep working - Robi will treat you as if they own you, and nobody from Reddot will ever stand up against that - Huge pay disparity between Robi and Reddot - Almost no yearly increment - Lot of people are resigning, don't make the mistake of joining here.

Pros

- Good office timing - Nice work-life balance

Cons

- Can't grow your career here. - Pays of salary lower than average market low salaries and increments are too poor, once a year (every April) - No chance to grow if you're not in a good team and most of the teams here are pure useless. - If you're hardworking this place is not for you. - Company is less well-known to the market, but is biased of your alma-mater / which university you are from. - No chance to grow here, if you are there for more than 1.5 years or 2 you will be total obsolete.
