      Awesome colleagues Hybrid working arrangement

      Cons

      Upper management will side client most of the time, so be prepared to be blamed. Upper management don't mean what they say, need to have a very high level of discernment. 2 years bond, Upper management will draw a very big pie for you to eat, get ready to swallow it (for yes-men). No leadership to be found in existence from upper management. Medical "benefit" - managerial level : SGD300/yr; non-managerial level: SGD200/yr. Company does not believe in tele-consult - will reject your MC and reimbursement. Work/life balance does not exist in this Company.

      Terrible Workplace with Extreme Favoritism

      The list of tasks you had to handle was always avaiblabe. They wanted you to start the work as soon as you came in.

      Cons

      It was a terrible place to work because of the rampant favoritism by the upper management. Some employees were given a lot of importance and minimal job responsibilities, while the rest of us had to take on a lot of stressful tasks to ensure job security. The top management was also stingy when it coame to raises. The salaries didn't grow. Instead, they shrank with time. Avoid working here if you want monetary growth and mental peace! BEWARE OF THE FAVORITISM TOO.

      You will eventually hate working here

      Pros

      Since you will receive limited guidance, you will definitely learn if you are a self starter within a few months on the job. If you managed to quit before you are fired, you have won at life and will probably feel empowered to accomplish anything.

      Cons

      It’s quite possible that you will witness someone losing it here. Unless you enjoy that sort of thing, it’s hard to believe you would be enjoying working here. Bonuses and salary increment potential exist only in theory. Also, the colossal turnover rate? It’s absolutely true.
