      Fast paced and assume a lot of responsibility if you progress and learn. Great culture. Great work life balance.

      Same as pros can assume a lot of responsibility quickly and may need to wear many hats, if that’s not you, go elsewhere.

      Great People, Small company. Very relaxed culture. You will get a lot of ownership and freedom to build your own projects.

      Cons

      Not very organized. Sometimes you can go a while without much work, you find things to do. They like to hire from bootcamps, which is nice, but there's not much room for growth after that.
