      - Good culture and work environment - Matured leadership and employee centricity - Value and mission driven organization - Gives freedom to learn and grow especially on AI related skills - Flat Hierarchy and agility. No politics or bureaucracy - Fair pay and growth based on merit & performance

      Pros

      I joined in 2026 and fully impressed with how VALUES are lived in day to day basis in the company. Right from CEO to junior most support staff exhibit Integrity, trust and respect, can do attitude, converting challenges into opportunities, customer centricity, and innovation. RAAPID execution of any idea and work, than delaying it for weeks or months.
