Pros
You’ll have great peers. Cleaners and baristas are lovely people.
Cons
Horrible management. They’ll protect their own and nepotism is real. Company values absolutely means nothing internally. They do not practice it. Lack of direction and structure. Low salaries and beer o’clock feels like the “dop stelsel”. Also, management is completely white except for HR.
