Pros

A small company with a hands-on female CEO. Opportunity to gain extensive experience in the luxury travel business in a company with education and philanthropy at its heart. Suited to those who understand working in the luxury market and who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Option to work remotely, monthly phone and travel costs covered, potential travel to Africa, dynamic all-female team across two continents. A unique company with a vision and ethos you can stand behind.

Cons

Must be willing to work the hours required. Communication across timezones can be challenging. Healthcare not included in the package.

Pros

Working here has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. Every day, I get to be part of a team that designs and delivers unforgettable journeys across Africa — experiences that often change the way people see the world. It’s deeply meaningful to know that what we do brings people closer to nature, culture, and conservation in such a powerful way. What makes it even more special is the incredible team of people I get to work with. Everyone is passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about both our guests and each other. There’s a shared sense of purpose and pride in what we do, and that energy is contagious. Being part of an organization that celebrates Africa, travel, and excellence in service makes every day feel meaningful. Inspiring team, meaningful work, world-class travel experiences

Cons

Fast-paced and high expectations (but worth it if you love what you do!)
