      Bonus Program Break Room full of snacks Co-workers are great

      Cons

      Need to value employees more (especially department managers) Communication between departments is awful Unreasonable goals (instructed to lower standards to meet said goals) Prepare to be verbally abused No Employee discount

      Not too much except they hire quickly because they need people

      Cons

      Work you like a dog with below market pay. They lie to you consistently about things. They don’t follow basic laws and you have to fight to get your basic rights. If you complain you are ostracized and they look to go after you. Make you work overtime without extra pay. Unsafe conditions in warehouses. Very weird culture and the owners are strange.
