Leadership is approachable, mission-focused, and genuinely invested in employee success. The company offers strong opportunities to work on meaningful federal programs, build client relationships, and take on increasing responsibility. I also appreciate the culture of teamwork, flexibility, and trust, especially in a hybrid work environment.

      Cons

      As with any growing company in the government contracting space, contract timelines, customer priorities, and funding cycles can sometimes create uncertainty. RIVA is doing a good job strengthening communication, standardization, and knowledge sharing, and continuing that focus will help preserve the strong culture as the company scales.

      The work-life balance is excellent and one of the company’s biggest strengths. Senior leadership is approachable and transparent, and the CEO in particular is personable, engaged, and easy to connect with. The culture is positive, inclusive, and supportive.
