It was a relaxed job environment.
Cons
-Too many layoffs, no job security. -Compensation was very low. -C-level executives don't really care about anyone under them -Engineering management was a joke and caused a lot of valuable resource losses to the company including many brilliant people leaving their jobs after seeing the productowner was not capable of leading a team and there wasn't anything to learn from .
