1000s of clients, bad documentation. I would go through and work on about 90-100 tickets in a given week. Too much stress doing that, and seemingly no way to move up. If you are good at your job, they want to keep you right where you are.

Projects are vague but they are working on that. Growth is limited unless someone moves on. (Promotion wise) Sometimes lack of knowing where to draw the line with customers. Documentation is not their strong suit but they are working on it.
