Pros

None - the one enjoyable day I had was when three people in my office decorated my desk for my birthday.

Cons

- Sexist - Homophobic comments - 'Leadership' lacks congruence (politics between them is difficult to keep up ,so try not to get sucked in) - CMO discussed with an employee all the ways he's fired people during an interview, completely unprofessional - Illegally attempted to give a bad reference - Lied to customers I'm really trying to be diplomatic with the above, but the list really goes on, unfortunately. There were some really lovely people that worked there, but leadership were the main issues and created an awful atmosphere to work in. If you care about your mental health and wellbeing, please avoid.

A Company to Avoid

Pros

The overall work environment with colleagues is generally good, although there are some exceptions. There is a sense of teamwork in certain areas, which can make the day-to-day experience enjoyable.

Cons

This is a relatively small company without a strong HR department, and that is evident in many aspects of how the company operates. There is a noticeable two-faced approach: as long as they are happy with your performance, they present a friendly and supportive attitude. However, if they make a decision against you—whether internally or based on the recommendations of individuals close to the management team—their behavior can become extremely aggressive and even disrespectful. The high turnover rate is a major issue, and this management approach is one of the key reasons behind it. Additionally, depending on the project, there can be excessive pressure, further contributing to the constant staff changes. When they decide to let someone go, their approach is often far from professional, making the experience unpleasant. The leadership style and decision-making process are critical aspects to consider before joining this company. If stability and a professional work environment are important to you, this may not be the best option.
