Good for learning, great colleagues
Cons
no good salary pay, no leave policy, no insurance, no work-life balance, no PF, no proper offer letter or exit letter. Very difficult to leave the company because they don't pay you on time if you want to quit also no proper exit process. They will make you work there by stopping salary pay for at least 4 to 6 months. or else if you try to leave they won't pay till you follow up for months after leaving or don't even give salary.

Pros
After successfully completing my training, i was placed here for a job position of Web Developer. Now its been more than 4 years since I am working here and undoubtedly I have achieved growth. RABS has always given me new challenges and new task which has ultimately given me confidence to build up anything and everything. Also the salary is always on time.
