Lots of latitude in running your projects how you see fit. Lots of exposure to top named service providers. Min. micromanagement. A good chance to up your business acumen

Cons

rural location, passionate CEO at times brings the company more trouble than progress, your only an asset and can be cut at any time, no long term planning of core business

Owners are charismatic and funny. But that's about it. When it come to the hard stuff, they just leave the country and hide.

Cons

Poor Management. Toxic environment created by management. So sad really because the workers are great. Watch out for that HR department... wow.
