      Best place if you want to do a course Friendly colleagues Exposure to more than one programming language

      Cons

      No live projects. You will be employed as trainer or academic project developer Weekly six working days Very low salary Less increment and only once per year Directors have zero interaction with employees HRs are scared of the bosses You have to bring your own laptop if you want to study or do project Only 1 leave per month for first one year Employees tend to leave after one year
